Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your return policy?

Jaimod Furniture wants your shopping experiences with us to be a positive one. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price less the outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost. 

All return requests must be made within 7 days of having received the delivery of your item(s). Please contact us through our customer service at sales@jaimodfurniture.com to make this request. Once we've received your return request, we will contact you within 48 hours and provide further information regarding your return. Items must be completely unassembled and unused, in their original condition, original packaging, and complete with all materials. Please note that if an item is shipped back to us in anything other than its original packaging, extra fees may be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for returning the item to our warehouse using the same shipping method used for outbound shipment. If you choose to use your own carrier, the refund will be less the actual outbound shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us through email at sales@jaimodfurniture.com if you'd like additional information about the outbound shipping cost of an item you want to return. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Because most of our items ship within a few days, we can only accept cancellations prior to shipping. If an item has already shipped you will be responsible for paying rerouting fees for shipping your order back to our warehouse. What if I'm unavailable to receive my order?

Depending on the carrier, additional delivery attempts will be made. Redelivery fees may apply. If your order has shipped and you are unable to receive your shipment over an extended period of time, additional storage fees may incur. Alternatively, your shipment may be re-routed back to Jaimod Furniture, thus incurring fees for re-shipment of your order. 

What if I refuse an LTL order that doesn’t fit in the door or change mind after item has shipped?

You will be responsible for the outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. 

Refunds

As noted above, full refunds are only offered in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise. All other return requests are subject to review and may only qualify for replacement(s) or store credit if they are within policy. Clearance items or Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds at any time.

Merchandise must be shipped back in the original packaging, otherwise order will be subject to oversize shipping charges. If you are unsure please reach out to one of our sales representatives. After we receive merchandise and process your return, please allow one billing cycle for any refund to appear on your credit card statement

For any issues reported after 30 days of having received your delivery, full returns, full refunds, or exchanges will no longer be available. For certain qualifying cases, we may still offer replacement part(s) or store credit. Products will no longer qualify for replacement part(s) after one full year of having purchased the item(s). 

What if I no longer have the original packaging?

We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging. The cartons used are created specifically for the product you purchased so it can be transported safely.
