3.How long does it take to ship your products?
All orders will be processed within 1 business day. For ground shipments, FedEx guarantees deliveries within 2-6 business days.
- Do you provide warranty for your products?
Jaimod provides 14-day manufacturer warranty for parts. Claims need to be filed within 14 days after the item has been received, and free parts will be provided.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 14 days after the item is received by customer. Item needs to be in its original packaging and in resalable condition when it returns to our warehouse, in order to receive refund. Jaimod will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or overseas?
No. We are only able to ship to 48 contiguous states of the United States.
